The International Education Advisory Council's Report

On Wednesday 27 February 2013, the International Education Advisory Council’s report – Australia – Educating Globally (pdfrtf) was released.

The report includes 35 recommendations addressing seven key issues facing Australia’s international education sector: coordination; quality; a positive student experience; partnerships; ensuring the integrity of Australia’s student visa program; data analysis and research in international education; and competition, promotion and marketing.

The government is now considering the Council’s report, which will help inform the development of a national strategy for international education.
